Across all Basti Hostel' properties, the standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Booking confirmation via E-mail/ SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID poofs accepted are Driver's License, Voter’s Card, Passport and Ration Card. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID Card.
Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival. However, If you arrive early you can access the common facilities such as common area, wifi washroom etc. We can even store your luggage safely with us if you want to step out. P.s- The best way to get to the hostel would be an Uber. In case you guys need any further assistance feel free to ask us. We are available at the desk 24x7 to assist you.

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before check in - Free; Within 48 hours: 100% payment of first nigh.
Local ID (Mumbai ID) shall not be accepted as ID Government Photo ID compulsory for check in (Except Pan Card), Passport for foreign nationals.
All payments shall be 100% advance.
Long term bookings shall be subject to approval by the management (7 days or more).
Group bookings are subject to approval by the management (More than 4 people).
Any kind of narcotics are Strictly prohibited and shall be dealt with by law.
We are committed towards Backpackers and solo travelers and hence do not recommend families to stay with us.
Pets are not allowed
If guest or group behavior is deemed to be unfit for the hostel, management reserves the right to take the necessary action.
Strictly NO outsiders are allowed at the property.
